First National Bank Promotes Erie Manager
Rodenbaugh Assumes Role as Branch Manager for North East Office

Erie, PA – November 28, 2012 – First National Bank of Pennsylvania, the largest subsidiary of F.N.B. Corporation (NYSE: FNB), has announced the recent promotion of Jennifer Rodenbaugh to Manager of the Bank’s North East Office located in Erie, Pennsylvania. In this role, Rodenbaugh will manage branch operations and sales efforts including the development of new business and customer service efforts. She will report to Alison Samuels, Market Manager with oversight of branch operations for 12 branches in Erie and Crawford Counties.

Rodenbaugh has been with First National Bank for more than 12 years, most recently serving as Assistant Branch Manager at the North East Office. She is a graduate of North East High School in Erie. Currently, she serves as President of the North East Sports Boosters.

Rodenbaugh resides in North East, PA, with her husband, Ted, and two children, Jordan and Alexis.
