First National Bank Hires Manager for Pittsburgh Office
Hershock to Manage First National Bank at Grant Street

Pittsburgh, PA – October 25, 2012 – First National Bank of Pennsylvania, the largest subsidiary of F.N.B. Corporation (NYSE: FNB), has announced the recent hiring of Kevin Hershock as Assistant Vice President and Branch Manager of the Bank’s Grant Street Office located in Pittsburgh. In this role, Hershock will manage branch operations and sales efforts including the development of new business and customer service efforts. He will report to Ron Giulianelli, Market Manager with oversight of branch operations for 17 branches in Allegheny and Washington Counties.

Prior to joining First National Bank, Hershock served as Branch Manager for PNC and National City, both in Pittsburgh. He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing from Penn State University. He currently acts as an assistant coach for Mt. Lebanon Boys’ Lacrosse.

Hershock resides in Pittsburgh with his wife Kathryn.
