First National Bank Expands Private Banking Efforts in Youngstown
Kelly Maze Joins Experienced Private Banking Group

Youngstown, OH – September 13, 2012– First National Bank, the largest subsidiary of F.N.B. Corporation (NYSE : FBN), announced the recent hiring of Kelly Maze as Vice President, Private Banking. Based in Youngstown, Maze will support the loan and deposit needs of high net worth clients in Mahoning, Trumbull, Lake and Geauga Counties.  She will report to David Yates, Senior Vice President, Private Banking Group.

Prior to joining First National Bank, Maze served as Vice President, Private Banking, with Dollar Bank in Cleveland, Ohio, as well as Assistant Vice President, Private Banking, with National City Bank in Youngstown. She earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from The Ohio State University.

Maze resides in Warren, Ohio, with her husband, John, and two children..
