First National Bank Promotes Metro Business Banker
Michael Mullin Named Vice President

Uniontown, PA – September 13, 2012 – First National Bank of Pennsylvania, the largest subsidiary of F.N.B. Corporation (NYSE: FNB), has announced the recent promotion of Michael F. Mullin, Metro Business Banker, to Vice President. In this role, Mullin will continue to develop and manage commercial relationships for the Metro Business Banking Team throughout in Fayette, Greene and Westmoreland Counties. He reports to Christopher Trombetta, Vice President, Metro Business Banking.

Mullin has more than 35 years of industry experience. He joined First National Bank from the former Parkvale Savings Bank where he served as Assistant Vice President, Commercial Lending in Fayette and Washington Counties. Prior to that, he served as Vice President, Small Business Development for National City Bank in Bethel, Park, PA.

Mullin earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from California University of Pennsylvania, and he graduated with High Honors, earning a Master of Arts Degree in Industrial Relations from Saint Francis University in Loretto, PA. He is a board member of the Fay-Penn Development Corporation and a volunteer for both the American Cancer Society and the American Heart Association. He and his wife, Christine, reside in Brownsville, PA; they are the parents of two children, Jennifer and Michael.
