First National Bank Promotes Commercial Relationship Manager in Erie

Erie, PA – September 13, 2012 – First National Bank of Pennsylvania, the largest subsidiary of F.N.B. Corporation (NYSE: FNB), has announced the recent promotion of Caroline M. Staab, Commercial Banking Relationship Manager, to Assistant Vice President, Staab will continue to manage a portfolio of existing middle market relationships while working to develop new client opportunities. She is based in Erie, PA, and reports to Senior Vice President and Commercial Banking Team Leader, Jeff Tebaldi.

Staab joined First National Bank in 2003, serving first as Credit Analyst before assuming her current role as Commercial Banking Relationship Manager. Previously, she served as Loan Review Analyst for Integra Financial Corporation.

Staab earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Gannon University in Erie, PA. She is active in the community, serving as a board member of Presbyterian Homes in the Presbytery of Lake Erie as well as Supportive Living Services. She is also an active member of Woman’s Roundtable and Gospel Hill Garden Club, and she serves as Erie Ambassador for Erie Regional Chamber and Growth Partnership,
