First National Bank Promotes Treasury Management Officer

Shenandoah, PA – September 13, 2012– First National Bank of Pennsylvania, the largest subsidiary of F.N.B. Corporation (NYSE: FNB), has announced the promotion of Tiffany S. Kulpowicz, to Assistant Vice President and to Senior Treasury Management Officer. In this role, she is responsible for the sales of treasury management products to business and municipal clients in eight counties. She reports to Mark Sullivan, Executive Vice President, Director of Treasury Management.

Kulpowicz joined First National Bank in 2007. Previously, she served as Assistant Vice President, Business Solutions, for Leesport Bank in Wyomissing, PA. Prior to that, she served as Commercial Lending Officer for Leesport Bank and Commercial Credit Analyst for Summit Bank in Bethlehem, PA.

Kulpowicz graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and Business Management from Kutztown University in Kutztown, PA. She is an active member of the Schuylkill Chamber of Commerce, former Board Member of Schuylkill Young Professionals, a Board Member of Schuylkill Keep It Pretty, and a member of the Steering Committee of Schuylkill Women in Business. She resides in Ringtown, PA, with her husband, Robert.
