First National Bank Hires Manager for New Branch in Downtown Harrisburg

Harrisburg, PA – September 18, 2012
– First National Bank of Pennsylvania, the largest subsidiary of F.N.B. Corporation (NYSE: FNB), has announced the recent hiring of Craig Rebuck as Manager of the Bank’s Office located in Harrisburg. Among his duties in this role, Rebuck will manage branch operations, new business development and customer service. He will report to Market Manager Diane Paulukinas.

The new First National Bank branch occupies the first floor of a newly constructed 5-story building at the corner of Second and State streets in downtown Harrisburg, just blocks from the state’s capitol. The full-service branch is part of the Bank’s regional hub, which houses experts from wealth management, private banking, treasury management and commercial lending.

Prior to joining First National Bank, Rebuck served as Commercial Branch Manager for M & T Bank. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania. Rebuck is Treasurer of St. Thomas United Church of Christ in Linglestown and serves on the Budget and Finance for Central PA Conservancy in Carlisle, PA.
