First National Bank Appoints New Market Manager
Cordes Promoted to Vice President

Cranberry, PA – September 27, 2012 – First National Bank of Pennsylvania, the largest subsidiary of F.N.B. Corporation (NYSE: FNB), has announced the recent promotion of Rick A. Cordes, Vice President, to Market Manager. In this role, Cordes will provide oversight of sales and operations for 10 branches located in Greene, Fayette, Westmoreland, and Somerset Counties. He reports to Alan Bicker, Regional Banking Executive for the Bank’s Pittsburgh Region.

Cordes joined First National Bank in 2006. Most recently, he served as Branch Manager of the Bank’s Cranberry Township Office. Previously, he served as Branch Manager for National City’s Mt. Washington location.

Cordes earned an Associate Degree in Accounting from ICM School of Business in Pittsburgh. He currently serves as Vice President of Business Network International’s Cranberry Township Chapter.
