First National Bank Names New Commercial Banking Team Leader
Christopher Zerbe Leads Experienced Team in Crawford and Venango Counties

Meadville, PA – September 27, 2012 – First National Bank of Pennsylvania, the largest subsidiary of F.N.B. Corporation (NYSE : FNB), recently announced the promotion of Christopher Zerbe to Vice President and Commercial Banking Team Leader. In his new position, Zerbe will support the Commercial Banking Team in the development and management of new business opportunities while maintaining an existing portfolio of clients in Crawford and Venango Counties. He is based in Meadville, PA, and reports to Senior Vice President and Commercial Banking Regional Manager, Jim Kirk.

Zerbe has been joined First National Bank in 2002 as a Commercial Banking Relationship Manager. He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and an MBA from Clarion University in Clarion, PA.

Zerbe currently serves on the Government Relations Board for the Pennsylvania Bankers Association. In 2010, he graduated with highest honors from the Pennsylvania Bankers Association’s Commercial Banking School.

He resides in Franklin, PA, with his wife, Kate, and their two children.
