Mobile Banking App Update

Our app has been updated: a software update may be required to use our app.

In order to provide you with the most secure mobile banking experience, we will be releasing new Mobile Banking apps. If you are an Apple device user, you will be required to have iOS 11 or greater.

Changes to our Mobile Banking App

We published an update to our Mobile Banking apps. This update provides additional security measures and is a required upgrade. In order to use this upgraded app, you will need to ensure your Apple mobile device has the supported software (iOS). Android devices will not need an upgrade to use our new app.

In order to determine if you are currently on a supported software version, click on "Settings" on your Apple iPhone or iPad. Click on "General", click on "About". The software version will be displayed under the device name. If you have an Apple device that has not been updated to iOS 11 or greater, please visit Apple's support pageRedirect icon to learn how to update your iPhone or iPad to the latest version of iOS (wirelessly or using your computer) in order to be ready to upgrade to our new mobile banking app.

If you have an Apple device that no longer supports iOS 11 or greater, and want to access Online Banking capabilities while on the go, we have other options available to you in order for you to remain connected to your accounts:

Online Banking for Mobile Devices

If you don't have a supported device and can't use our mobile app but still want to access Online Banking capabilities while on the go, you can access our mobile-optimized Online Banking website.

If you only want to check your balances and review transactions, you can do so quickly and easily with text message banking. Simply send us a text message to our SMS short code and we will respond with your current balances or transaction history.

If you are using a desktop or laptop browser to access your accounts, with FNB Online Banking, you can bank securely on your schedule from anywhere you have Internet access. Transfer funds, move money, pay bills or review account balances and activity at your convenience.
