Josh specializes in residential mortgage financing for Physicians, Resident/Fellow Physicians, CRNAs, and Dentists, which include MDs (Medical Doctors), DOs (Doctors of Osteopathy), DPMs (Doctors of Podiatric Medicine), DVMs (Doctor of Veterinary Medicine), CRNAs (Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist), along with DMDs and DDS (including Dental Surgeons, Orthodontists and General Dentists). The Physician Loan / Doctor Loan Program offers up to 100% financing with no monthly mortgage insurance payments for fixed rate mortgages and ARM mortgages. Josh provides Physician Loans for clients throughout most of the Southeast United States. The Physician Loan / Doctor Loan program is available in Delaware, Georgia, Florida, Maryland, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, Washington, D.C (Metro Area), and West Virginia.
