Biography:
David Kilpatrick serves as Mortgage Banking Specialist for First National Bank of Pennsylvania. In this role, David prides himself on helping clients purchase or refinance their homes. David specializes in first time homebuyers and construction loans to help clients build their dream home. He is responsible for helping mortgage clients in Davidson County and the surrounding triad area. David takes pride in serving the community and helping his clients experience a high level of service.
David joined First National Bank in 1996 and has served in a variety of roles including branch manager and retail lender. David is a graduate of West Davidson High School and obtained his real estate license from Triad Real Estate School.
David resides in Lexington, NC, with his wife, Tracy, and they have 2 children.
