Biography:
Melodi Gibbs serves as a Mortgage Banking Associate for First National Bank. In this role, she has responsibility for originating residential mortgage loans, including first-time homebuyer, construction-to-permanent, lot, physician, conventional, Veterans Affairs, Federal Housing Administration and U.S. Department of Agriculture options.
Based in North Carolina, she can lend throughout the Company’s footprint – helping clients with relocation and seasonal purchases or other homebuying options.
Gibbs joined First National Bank in 2022, with more than five years’ experience in mortgage banking and financial services.
