Biography:
Barry Katz serves as a Mortgage Banking Consultant for First National Bank of Pennsylvania. In this role, he has responsibility for originating residential mortgage loans for owner occupied and investor properties. The property types range from single family homes to four-unit homes. Loan amounts can be well over $1,000,000 using fixed or adjustable rate programs. Although based in the Cleveland area, he is able to lend in OH, PA, MD, FL, WV, NC, SC, AND NY.
Barry joined First National Bank in 2014, with more than 20 years of industry experience. Prior to First National Bank, he served as Sr. Loan Officer for First Place Bank in Solon, Ohio. He attended the University of Maryland.
