With our latest Mobile Banking update, we have redesigned the user experience and added exciting new features and services that leverage the latest industry technology to keep customers informed and connected and provide an exceptional digital banking experience.

Explore the next generation of our eStore® right from our Mobile Banking app. Our enhanced eStore® is an innovative digital banking experience that allows you to shop for and buy financial products and services. Open a deposit account, apply for a consumer or small business loan or schedule an appointment to meet with one of our banking experts—just add the product to your shopping cart and checkout. You can access our new eStore® anywhere - via our website, through our mobile app, or in our branches over the coming months.

Credit Center

With the new mobile Credit Center, customers can easily access their credit information on the go. This free and powerful tool enables users to track their financial health by:

  • Reviewing their daily credit scores as well as their full credit report.
  • Gaining an understanding of the key factors that impact credit scores.
  • Receiving credit monitoring alerts and tips to improve their credit score.

Secure Chat

Authenticated Mobile Banking users can securely chat with our Call Center representatives through the Customer Service Chat feature. Rather than calling the Call Center for assistance, once logged in, users can simply tap the “Chat” bubble icon located on every screen of the app to message a representative via the Mobile Banking app. With chat, customers receive the same support that they would when calling the Call Center.

View and Download Online Statements

Access up to two years of Online Statements, so customers can easily view and download recent Online statements right from their mobile device.

If you only want to check your balances and review transactions, you can do so quickly and easily with text message banking. Simply send us a text message to our SMS short code and we will respond with your current balances or transaction history.
