By using Mobile Banking to securely sign into your merchant or service provider's system, you can update your payment method in real time. After a successful Payment Switch, your merchant or service provider will process your next payment with your new FNB payment method.

Getting Started with Payment Switch

Have Your Merchant or Service Provider Login Credentials Handy
Before you start, make sure you have your merchant or service provider (e.g., Netflix, Verizon, Amazon, etc.) login information for each one you intend to switch.

Log into FNB Direct Mobile Banking
Log in using your FNB Mobile Banking User ID and Password. If you don't already have access, you can enroll in Mobile Banking directly within the app.

Access Payment Switch
Access Payment Switch by tapping the eStore® and Account Services drawer at the bottom of the Accounts screen in mobile banking.

Receive Confirmation of Payment Switch Setup
Once you complete the process, we will provide confirmation that you have successfully linked your merchant or service providers to your FNB Debit Card(s) or Checking Account(s) for merchant or service providers that support ACH payments.

Note: If you experience problems accessing the merchant or service provider, you can reset your password within the Payment Switch service most of the time. Otherwise, you can reset your login information directly on the merchant or service provider's website.
