The Enterprise Operations Department is responsible for the daily execution, support, monitoring and settlement of all operational transactions and processes throughout the Bank in alignment with regulatory requirements. Because operational processes and risk management are closely connected, Enterprise Operations also manages the Bank’s operational control infrastructure to ensure effective risk mitigation while maximizing productivity and efficiency. Internal Audit is responsible for providing independent assurance to the Company’s Board of Directors, Audit Committee and Executive Management regarding the effectiveness of FNB’s governance, risk and control processes.
