Biography:

Elaine M. Frampton serves as AVP, Mortgage Banking Specialist for First National Bank of Pennsylvania. Whether your goal is to Buy, Build or Refinance, she ensures a smooth and personal transaction. She is part of the bank's Central Mountain Region, serving clients in Cambria, Somerset and Indiana counties.

Elaine joined First National Bank in 2007 and has more than 15 years of Mortgage specific industry experience. A 2012 recipient of the Gold level and 2011 Silver level Presidents club award, Elaine has a proven track record of success.

Elaine is an affiliate member of the Cambria Somerset Realtor Association where she serves on the social, golf and winter mixer committees. She is also an affiliate member of the Indiana Realtor Association. Elaine volunteers at various community activities that include the March of Dimes and Salvation Army Toy Room. She resides in New Florence, PA, with her husband Cliff and their son.
