Biography:
Ali Ghassemi serves as a Mortgage Banking Specialist for First National Bank of Pennsylvania. In this role, he has responsibility for originating mortgage loans in the Mid-Atlantic region including The District, Maryland and Virginia.
Ali joined First National Bank in 2022, with more than 20 years of industry experience. He was recently recognized by The Washingtonian Magazine as a Top producing mortgage professional in 2021 and has been listed amongst the top 1% originators in the nation for the past several years by publications such The Scotsman Group and National Mortgage News. Prior to joining FNB, Ali served as a senior loan officer for McLean Mortgage Corporation in Fairfax Va. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from College of William & Mary.
Ali resides in Bethesda Maryland with his wife Marjun and their two daughters. He is an active volunteer at The Immigration & Refugee Outreach Center helping new refugees with setting in the US.
