When customers want to open eligible consumer accounts, and they are comfortable using their mobile phone to receive text messages to confirm product choices.
Opening a personal checking, savings or consumer loan.
The ID used for verification is driver's license, state ID or passport and the name and address on the ID is current.
No more than one joint applicant per product.
Joint applicants have a unique mobile phone number.
Applicant is 18 or older.
No employee accounts, IRAs, special titling (e.g., POA, Guardian).
Opening CD only or Loan only.
Phone wasn't newly activated within the last month.
Not a non-resident alien.
No need for starter checks.
If an existing customer, verify all (presumably current) Navigator information is current with the information being used in the common app.
