Biography:
Chris Hood serves as a Mortgage Banking Consultant for First National Bank. In this role, he has responsibility for pre-approving potential borrowers and originating residential mortgages, including purchase and refinance transactions. Hood primarily serves clients located in the Company’s Mid-Atlantic Region, which spans Maryland, Virginia and Washington, D.C.
Hood joined First National Bank in 2025, with more than 22 years’ experience in residential mortgage lending —delivering sound financial guidance and exceptional service to clients throughout his career. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from The University of Maryland, College Park.
Based in Annapolis, MD, Hood volunteers his time for several local fundraising initiatives and youth athletic programs.
