Biography:

Bill Chipman serves as an Area Mortgage Banking Manager for First National Bank. In this role, he leads a team of experienced mortgage professionals who help clients achieve their homeownership goals. He and his team specialize in jumbo, conventional, construction-to-permanent, first-time homebuyer, physician, home equity lending solutions Federal Housing Administration and U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.

Forero Chipman joined First National Bank in 2026, bringing more than 25 years of mortgage banking experience — time he has spent helping clients navigate the home financing process and maintaining a keen focus of exceptional customer service. Chipman holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Syracuse University and a Master of Arts from the University of Virginia.
