Biography:

Elaine M. Frampton serves as a Mortgage Banking Consultant for First National Bank. Whether a client’s goal is to buy, build or refinance a home, Frampton ensures a smooth and personal transaction. She serves clients in the Company’s Central Mountain Region, specifically Cambria, Somerset and Indiana Counties in Pennsylvania.

Frampton joined First National Bank in 2007, with more than 15 years’ experience in mortgage lending.

Frampton is an affiliate member of the Cambria Somerset Realtor Association and Indiana Realtor Association. She volunteers her time for various community organizations, including the March of Dimes and Salvation Army Toy Room.
