Biography:

Raphael N. Jean-Francois serves as a Community Homeownership Specialist for First National Bank. In this role, he develops and maintains relationships with key participants in the homebuying process while educating homebuyers and industry partners about FNB’s mortgage products and affordable housing solutions. Jean-Francois originates residential mortgage loans for clients throughout the Company’s footprint, with a focus on the Company’s Mid-Atlantic region, which includes Virginia, Maryland and Washington D.C.

Jean-Francois joined First National Bank in 2026, with more than 25 years’ experience in mortgage lending, most recently serving as a Lending Manager for a nonprofit organization. He earned Master’s Degrees in Public Administration and Community Economic Development from The Pennsylvania State University. He is a former New York State Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator.

Jean-Francois volunteers his time to foster community development in his hometown in Haiti.
