Biography:

Amy Lowrance serves as a Mortgage Banking Consultant for First National Bank. In this role, she has responsibility for originating residential mortgage loans and assisting clients with their home-lending needs – whether it’s purchasing a primary/second residence or investment property, building a dream home (construction-to-permanent financing is one of her specialties) or refinancing an existing one.

Based in Shallotte, NC, Lowrance serves clients in Brunswick County, NC, and surrounding areas, along with those residing within the Company’s footprint (North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, Florida, Delaware, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia and the District of Columbia).

Lowrance re-joined First National Bank in 2024, with more than 26 years’ experience in mortgage lending.

Lowrance volunteers her time for the Brunswick County Home Builders Association, where she has served on many committees over the years, and Brunswick County Association of Realtors, including the BCAR Cares Committee, which supports local community-focused organizations.
