Biography:
Brad Pace serves as a Mortgage Banking Consultant for First National Bank. In this role, he has responsibility for originating residential mortgage loans for clients throughout the Company’s footprint, with a focus on North Carolina, South Carolina and the Company’s Mid-Atlantic Region, which spans Maryland, Virginia and Washington D.C.
Pace joined First National Bank in 2026 with more than 25 years’ experience in mortgage lending. He specializes in construction-to-permanent loans, physician loans and first-time homebuyer loans — along with numerous other lending products.
Pace has earned multi-year recognition as a Scotsman Guide Top Originator and has been included in Washingtonian’s Elite Producers and Best Mortgage Professionals lists. He volunteers his time coaching high school sports in the Northern Virginia area.
