Biography:
Alan Schultz serves as a Mortgage Banking Consultant for First National Bank. In this role, he has responsibility for originating residential mortgage loans located in the Company’s Mid-Atlantic Region, which spans Maryland, Virginia and Washington, D.C.
Schultz joined First National Bank in 2026, with more than 25 years’ experience in mortgage lending. He assists clients with construction-to-permanent, physician and first-time homebuyer loans — along with numerous other lending products.
With a proven track record in residential lending, Schultz has earned multiyear recognition as a Scotsman Guide Top Originator and has repeatedly been named among Washingtonian’s Elite Producers and Best Mortgage Professionals.
