Kimberly Sheppard serves as a Community Homeownership Specialist for First National Bank in Charleston, SC, and surrounding areas. In this role, she has responsibility for connecting individuals and groups with resources designed to remove barriers to homeownership and promote community vitality.

Sheppard joined First National Bank in 2024, with more than 30 years’ experience in real estate and financial services. Prior to entering her career as an advocate for homeownership, she proudly served in the U.S. Army Reserve.
