Biography:

Malachi Josiah Walker serves as a Mortgage Banking Representative for First National Bank’s Mortgage Consumer Direct Sales. As a centralized officer, he assists clients throughout the Company’s footprint in Delaware, Georgia, Maryland, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, West Virginia, Florida and the District of Columbia.

In his role, Walker has responsibility for navigating clients through the home-financing process. To enable client success, he follows three key principles: education – because an informed client makes for a confident borrower; guidance – via tailored advisement, formulating a lasting financial solution; support – available night and day, from application to closing, he’s dedicated to helping clients meet their homeownership goals.

Walker joined First National Bank in 2024, with more than five years’ experience in mortgage lending. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh.
