When Safari detects a foreign language:

A translation icon will appear in the address bar. It looks like a small speech bubble or the “AA” icon.
Tap the AA icon.
Select Translate to Spanish (or your preferred language).
If prompted, tap Enable translation the first time you use it.

If the translation option does not appear:

When Chrome detects a foreign language:

A translation bar will appear at the bottom of the screen.
Tap Translate.
To choose a different language, tap the three dots on the bar and select More languages.

If the translation option doesn't appear:

Tap the three dots (menu) in the top-right corner.
Select Translate.
You can also long-press (touch and hold for a few seconds) on the page and look for Translate if available.
