Biography:
Kristi serves as a Mortgage Banking Consultant for First National Bank of Pennsylvania. In this role, she has responsibility for the origination of Mortgage loans, including New construction (CP), Lot loans, Doctor Loans, as well as Conventional, VA, FHA AND USDA Loans. Kristi works in North and South Carolina.
Kristi joined First National Bank in 2020, with more than 35 years of industry experience. Prior to First National Bank, she served as a Private Wealth Mortgage Banker with US Bank Mortgage for 2 years. From 2011-2018 Kristi served in the role of VP/Builder Sales Manager and Senior Loan officer for Bank of NC/Pinnacle Financial Partners Mortgage divisions for 7 years. Kristi has award winning success providing personalized customer service to her clients. Kristi has volunteered her time in various capacities over the past 30+ years in Charlotte, mainly focusing on feeding and caring for the homeless through various organizations, such as the Union County Community Shelter, Friendship Trays, The Uptown Shelter, Room at the Inn, and many more. Kristi spent several years serving on the board of the Charlotte Homebuilders Women's Council in several roles.
