The promotional offer consists of four (4) quarterly $150 reward payments over a 12-month period for a maximum reward of $600, subject to the eligibility criteria and conditions set forth below.

To receive each quarterly $150 reward, you must:

• Make a qualifying electronic-type direct deposit(s) totaling $2,500 into the new personal checking account within each 90-day period, including, but not limited to, employer paycheck or pension, government benefits (such as Social Security) or other affiliated depositors. External bank transfers and person-to-person payments (such as Venmo^®, PayPal^®, etc.) are not considered qualifying direct deposits. 

Once all the conditions are met, each $150 reward will be credited to your account within 15 business days after the end of each 90-day period. The first 90-day period begins on the date that the new personal checking account (Lifestyle or Premierstyle) is opened.
