Get Started Now1: Prepare Your HR/Payroll Access
Before you start, make sure you have online access to your employer's/payroll provider's system (e.g., Workday®, ADP®, Intuit®, etc.) and that you have your User ID and Password for that system. You may need to contact your employer to obtain access.
2: Log in to FNB Online or Mobile Banking
Log in to your account with FNB Online Banking or the FNB Direct Mobile App using your FNB Online/Mobile Banking User ID and Password. This will be different than your employer's/payroll provider’s system. If you don't already have access, you can enroll in Online Banking or Mobile Banking .
3: Access Direct Deposit Switch
Access the link for Direct Deposit Switch in Online Banking or your FNB Direct Mobile App. Use the interactive demo to walk through the process.
4: Receive Confirmation of Direct Deposit Setup
Once you complete the process, a confirmation screen will be displayed showing that you have successfully established a direct deposit relationship to your FNB account(s).
