The Commercial Credit program develops effective and versatile banking professionals, providing them with an advanced working knowledge of commercial underwriting. The program is largely dedicated to the training and application of underwriting concepts while working on live credit requests from across FNB’s footprint.
The Consumer Bank is the primary gateway to the organization for consumer and small business clients, delivering relationship‑driven banking through our award-winning Click-to-Bricks strategy integrating our branch expertise and digital experience. Our Consumer Bank Development Program trains professionals to support clients through pivotal financial moments — fostering personal financial security and empowering small businesses to optimize cash flow and growth. Corporate Finance and Analytics oversees forecasting, enterprise reporting, performance analysis and capital investment to support strategic decision-making. The objective of Corporate Finance and Analytics is to deliver actionable insights and disciplined financial stewardship that maximize shareholder value and drives sustainable growth.
The Enterprise Operations Department is responsible for the daily execution, support, monitoring and settlement of all operational transactions and processes throughout the Bank in alignment with regulatory requirements. We ensure client transactions are completed accurately and efficiently, delivering a seamless banking experience. Because operational processes and risk management are closely connected, Enterprise Operations also manages the Bank’s operational control infrastructure to ensure effective risk mitigation while maximizing productivity and efficiency. We strategically leverage artificial intelligence as both a banker enablement tool and a means to enhance automated transaction processing.
Independent Risk Management is responsible for identifying, assessing, overseeing and reporting aggregate risks across FNB to Executive Management, the Risk Management Council and the Board Risk Committee. The function of Independent Risk Management is to enhance and protect organizational value for our key constituents – customers, employees, shareholders and communities – by evaluating and advising on material risks that may interfere with FNB’s ability to achieve strategic business objectives in alignment with FNB’s Risk Appetite.
Internal Audit is responsible for providing independent assurance to the Company’s Board of Directors, Audit Committee and Executive Management regarding the effectiveness of FNB’s governance, risk and control processes. The function of Internal Audit is to enhance and protect organizational value by providing risk-based and objective assurance, advice and insight.
At FNB, Treasury Management addresses the cash flow needs of our business customer base. We provide solutions to manage payments and collections as well as investing excess cash not needed for day-to-day operations. As part of those efforts, we focus on gathering customer deposits.
