First National Bank of Pennsylvania Creates Dedicated Business Development Division
Business Development Specialists Assigned to Each Region

The retail banking division of First National Bank of Pennsylvania recently created a new business development initiative in its regions. Six specially trained Business Development Officers have been identified and given responsibility for expanding the Banks retail business relationships in the communities they serve.

At First National Bank, we recognize that in order to increase business from existing customers, as well as to cultivate new clients, we must actively identify and capitalize on opportunities, said Jonathan Roberts, Executive Vice President for Retail Banking at First National Bank. Through this business development initiative, we have created a team of Business Development Officers who have the time, training and experience to focus exclusively on expanding First National Banks customer base.

The Business Development Officers will focus on development of new small business relationships, service for existing business relationships, maintenance of an on-going call program for prospective customers, enhancement of the Banks visibility in the community, and working with business partners to solicit new business.
