First National Bank Celebrates Grand Opening of Canfield Office

- CANFIELD, OH

First National Bank will kick off a week-long Grand Opening celebration at 8:45 AM on Monday, February 4, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. City officials from Canfield and Boardman, along with representatives from two local charities, OH WOW! Children’s Center and the Rich Center for Autism, will be in attendance.

In addition to the ribbon-cutting, First National Bank is offering special promotions during Grand Opening week, February 4-8. One promotion will benefit two well known charities in the Mahoning Valley area, OH WOW! The Roger & Gloria Jones Children’s Center for Science & Technology and the Rich Center for Autism. According to Suzanne Barbati, Executive Director of OH WOW!, the charity tie-in is a natural extension of First National Bank’s commitment to support the local community.“OH WOW! is grateful for the continued support of First National Bank, a founding investor and key corporate partner of The Roger & Gloria Jones Children's Center for Science & Technology. FNB's ongoing commitment has made it possible for more than 60,000 explorers to visit our world-class museum."

In addition to OH WOW! and the Rich Center for Autism, FNB consistently supports other community organizations in the Mahoning Valley, including the Youngstown Warren Regional Chamber, the United Way of Mahoning and Trumbull Counties, Youngstown’s Streetscape and others.

First National Bank’s new Canfield Office is located at the intersection of Route 224 and Tippecanoe in Creekside Place. In addition to providing a full range of traditional retail and commercial banking services, the branch serves the needs of wealth management and private banking clientele. The branch is open from 9-4, Monday through Thursday, 9-6 on Friday and 9-Noon on Saturday. The drive thru is open 9-6 each weekday and 9-Noon on Saturday.

The community is invited to stop by the new Canfield Office to meet the local staff and check out special Grand Opening specials. Light refreshments will be served throughout the week. Local radio station, Hot 101, will broadcast live from the Canfield Office on Tuesday, February 5.
