F.N.B. Corporation Announces Pricing of $100 Million of Subordinated Notes

- PITTSBURGH, PA

F.N.B. Corporation (NYSE: FNB) today announced the pricing of $100 million of subordinated notes due October 2, 2025.  The notes have a fixed interest rate of 4.875% per annum, payable semi-annually, and a ten-year term.  The offering is expected to close on October 2, 2015, subject to customary closing conditions.

The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes.
