Vincent J. Delie, Jr. President and CEO

Vincent J. Delie, Jr. is President and CEO of F.N.B. Corporation (NYSE: FNB) and First National Bank. FNB is a diversified financial services company based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, with total assets of $31 billion and more than 400 locations.

Delie joined FNB in 2005 as President and CEO of the Company’s Pittsburgh Region. Beginning in 2008, he was promoted into a number of key executive leadership roles, including Chief Revenue Officer; President of the Banking Group, where he was largely responsible for all revenue-producing lines of business including commercial banking, consumer banking and wealth management; and President and CEO of First National Bank. In 2011, Delie became President of F.N.B. Corporation and in 2012 he was additionally named CEO and elected to the Board of Directors.

Under Delie’s leadership, FNB has experienced unprecedented growth. The Company has increased its market capitalization by nearly 500 percent, significantly grown its geographic market footprint and produced significant revenue growth and expanded profitability. FNB has completed 15 acquisitions in Delie’s tenure and has expanded into five additional major metropolitan markets. The Company now maintains a significant retail deposit market share position in Baltimore, Maryland, Cleveland, Ohio, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and in Raleigh, Durham, the Piedmont Triad and Charlotte in North Carolina.

Delie has more than 30 years of extensive experience in the financial services industry which has included executive roles at National City Bank and various positions held in capital markets and investment banking. Delie earned a degree in Business Administration and Finance from the Penn State Smeal College of Business. Active in the community and the financial services industry, he currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Pennsylvania Economy League of Southwestern Pennsylvania, Team Pennsylvania, the United Way of Allegheny County and the Allegheny Conference on Community Development. Delie is also involved in multiple trade associations, including the Pennsylvania, Maryland, and West Virginia Bankers Associations; the American Bankers Association, where he serves on the American Bankers Council; and the Pennsylvania Business Council.

Delie has received a number of honors, including the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors® Industrialist of the Year Award in recognition of his contributions to economic, cultural and civic development in Western Pennsylvania. He also received the prominent Adam Smith Distinguished Leadership Award in 2015 from EconomicsPennsylvania. Under Delie’s leadership, FNB has been a recipient of Greenwich Associates Excellence in Banking Awards for six consecutive years, receiving ten national and regional awards in 2016 for client satisfaction in Middle Market and Small Business Banking. Also, under Delie’s leadership, FNB has been honored as a leading workplace a total of 18 times based on employee feedback, and in 2016 he was recognized for leadership in the large company category by the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette Top Workplaces. Delie has also made multiple appearances on Pennsylvania Business Central’s ranking of the Top 100 People in Central Pennsylvania.

VINCENT J. CALABRESE Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer of F.N.B. Corporation, Vincent J. Calabrese is responsible for developing and administering the bank’s corporate financial strategies, as well as oversight of accounting management, external financial reporting, internal planning, reporting and analysis, and the treasury function.

Calabrese has over 21 years of financial services experience. He joined F.N.B. Corporation in March 2007 as Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller. He was Senior Vice President and Controller at People’s Bank in Bridgeport, Connecticut, and a Supervising Senior Auditor for KPMG Peat Marwick in Stamford, Connecticut.

A Certified Public Accountant, Calabrese earned a bachelor of science in accounting from the University of Bridgeport (CT) and an MBA from the University of Connecticut.

BARBARA R. COTTRELL Director of Corporate Compliance
Barbara R. Cottrell is the Director of Corporate Compliance for F.N.B. Corporation, responsible for ensuring FNB’s adherence to all applicable consumer-related laws, rules and regulations. She also oversees the coordination of the Company’s Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) strategies, including fair lending and affirmative credit programs, community development and compliance with technical requirements of the CRA.

Previously a Senior Vice President at Bank of America, Cottrell has more than 22 years of financial services experience, having served in roles in consumer compliance, change management, marketing, operations, technology and commercial banking.

Cottrell earned her Bachelor of Science in Social Science from Penn State University before receiving a Master of Science in Public Relations and Advertising from Texas Christian University and Master of Art in Dispute Resolution from Southern Methodist University.

GARY L. GUERRIERI Chief Credit Officer 
Gary L. Guerrieri is Chief Credit Officer for F.N.B. Corporation, responsible for managing the overall credit function, including commercial and retail underwriting, credit administration, credit policy and credit risk management. He also oversees the Bank’s special assets and indirect lending functions and serves as Chairman of the Senior Loan Committee. 

Guerrieri joined F.N.B. Corporation as Regional Credit Officer through the merger with Promistar Bank in 2002 and was promoted to Chief Credit Officer in 2011. At Promistar, Guerrieri served as Executive Vice President of Commercial Banking in Johnstown, PA. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President and Community Banking Executive for Laurel Bank in Uniontown, PA.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California University and a Master of Business Administration from Waynesburg University, for whom he serves on the Board of Trustees.

Guerrieri is a member of the Duquesne Club.

ROBERT M. MOOREHEAD  Chief Wholesale Banking Officer
Robert Moorehead is Chief Wholesale Banking Officer for First National Bank. Moorehead provides oversight for lines of business and functional areas including Metropolitan and Community Commercial Banking, Investment Real Estate, Treasury Management and Wholesale Banking Solutions.

Additionally, Moorehead directs the Company’s Private Banking, Insurance and Wealth Management divisions and oversees the Loan Syndications and International Banking groups.

Bringing more than 40 years of experience to his current role, Moorehead joined FNB in 2011 as President of its Pittsburgh Region. He previously served in a number of executive commercial banking and lending roles with well-known financial institutions in the Pittsburgh area, including First Niagara Bank and National City Bank.

Moorehead is a graduate of Duquesne University where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. He also earned a Master of Science Degree in Business Administration from Robert Morris University. Currently, he is on the board of Bridgeway Capital and is a member of the Duquesne Club and Edgewood Country Club.

JAMES G. ORIE  Chief Legal Officer
James G. Orie has served as F.N.B. Corporation’s Chief Legal Officer since 2004 and became the Company’s Corporate Secretary in 2015. Orie manages FNB’s in-house Legal Department and has primary oversight of the Company’s and its affiliates’ matters involving board governance, fiduciary, legal risk management processes, acquisition transactions, SEC reporting and disclosure and regulatory and legal compliance. He brings more than 30 years of legal and bank regulatory experience to the role. 

Before joining FNB’s Legal Department in 1996, Orie held roles as counsel with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, as well as Chief Counsel for the Office of Thrift Supervision’s Pittsburgh office and lead counsel for a Pittsburgh-based law firm’s corporate, business and banking practice.

Orie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, PA. He earned his Juris Doctorate at Duquesne Law School in Pittsburgh.

Orie has served in leadership capacities with the bank General Counsel working groups and committees at the Pennsylvania Bankers Association and the American Bankers Association. In addition, he has served on various non-profit boards and provides pro bono assistance for charitable and education organizations whose missions are focused on at-risk and economically and educationally disadvantaged youths. Orie’s most recent non-profit board service was with Pittsburgh-based Ozanam Inc., which is dedicated to providing educational, music, cultural, sports and mentoring opportunities for minority and economically disadvantaged youth.

JENNIFER M. REEL Director of Corporate Communications
Jennifer M. Reel is the Director of Corporate Communications for F.N.B. Corporation. She is responsible for the overall direction of communications, media and public relations strategies for F.N.B. Corporation and its affiliates.

Reel has more than 15 years of industry experience, having held various Marketing and Communications roles at FNB throughout the Company’s significant growth and expansion.  Previously, she served as an educator in the Pennsylvania school systems.

Before graduating from the American Bankers Association (ABA) School of Bank Marketing and Management, Reel earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Westminster College in New Wilmington, PA. She currently serves on the ABA’s Bank Marketing and Sales Editorial Advisory Committee and the Pennsylvania Bankers Association’s Public Relations Communication Advisory Committee. Additionally, Reel has earned her Certified Financial Marketing Professional (CFMP) designation by the Institute of Certified Bankers.

BARRY C. ROBINSON Chief Consumer Banking Officer
Barry Robinson is Chief Consumer Banking Officer for First National Bank, responsible for driving the consumer banking experience. Accordingly, he oversees Retail Sales and Distribution, Electronic Delivery, Small Business Banking, Mortgage Services, Consumer Banking Solutions and consumer product development, along with FNB’s consumer finance arm, Regency Finance Company.

Robinson joined FNB in 2010 and most recently served as Executive Vice President of Consumer Banking. His nearly 30 years of financial services experience includes executive wealth management and corporate banking roles with National City Bank as well as previous responsibility for leveraged lending.

Robinson earned a Bachelor’s Degree from The Pennsylvania State University and a Master’s of Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon University. He resides with his family in Chagrin Falls, Ohio.

CHRISTINE E. TVAROCH Chief Audit Executive
Christine E. Tvaroch is Chief Audit Executive for F.N.B. Corporation, responsible for ensuring FNB’s assets are accounted for and safeguarded through management of the organization, planning, development and administration of the internal audit function. She directs teams in evaluating financial, operational and information technology controls based on compliance with corporate policies and government regulations.

Tvaroch has nearly three decades of bank audit experience and joined FNB in 1995 as Audit Manager before being promoted to General Auditor in 1999. Previously, she held several roles of increasing responsibility with Banc One Corporation.

Tvaroch earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Youngstown State University. Her professional designations include Certified Public Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor, and Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist.

THOMAS M. WHITESEL Chief Risk Officer
Thomas M. Whitesel is Chief Risk Officer for F.N.B. Corporation. His responsibilities include working with executive management and the Board of Directors to define and communicate the Company’s risk appetite, developing and executing FNB’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) process and overseeing key enterprise risk management processes across the organization.

In 2004, Whitesel joined FNB as the Director of Risk Management. He has more than 30 years of risk management experience. He previously served as Director of Risk Management for KPMG, specializing in credit risk and allowance methodologies, and has held roles in risk management and corporate planning for financial institutions including Mercantile National Bank, Santa Monica Bank and Security Pacific Bank. Whitesel began his banking career as an examiner for the Comptroller of the Currency.

A graduate of the University of Nebraska – Lincoln, Whitesel holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance.
