The PA Forward Student Loan Program from the Pennsylvania (PA) Higher Education Assistance Agency is a suite of loan products designed with in-state students in mind. This program is for students from PA attending an approved school in or out of PA, or students from an eligible state (Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Virginia, and West Virginia) attending an approved school in PA.
The Keystone Student Loan Program is for those needing extra funds to cover college costs beyond federal, school and/or other aid. These loan options enable students and families in Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Ohio or West Virginia to pursue their higher education dreams at an approved school in or out of their state of residence (excluding Pennsylvania).
The PA Forward Refinance Loan was designed to provide borrowers in repayment with help managing their student loan debt. This loan option is for residents of Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia and West Virginia.
