    Eligibility Requirements:

    To be eligible for the FNB Home Ownership Plus Program, property being purchased must be located in a Majority-Minority Census Tract (MMCT). MMCT is defined as an assessment area having a greater than 50% minority population. This product is for first time buyers and existing home owners.

    Getting Prepared:

    • Fully executed purchase agreement, if available
    • Most recent 30 days of pay stubs
    • Most recent two (2) months of bank statements

    • Current driver’s license or photo ID
