Corporation (NYSE: FNB), a diversified financial services company, today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend on its common stock of 24 cents per share for the first quarter of 2008. The dividend is payable on March 15, 2008, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 3, 2008.
