Get to Know the eStore®

The eStore® is the next generation of our Solutions Center concept, an innovative digital banking experience that allows you to shop for and buy financial products and services like never before.

eStore is available on and in our Mobile Banking app as well as at all FNB branches, bringing the full power of our website into an office near you.

Use the eStore® to:

  • Shop for financial products and solutions using product selection and comparison tools.
  • Open deposit accounts or apply for loans, credit cards and mortgages digitally, or use the in-branch kiosk to send product selections to your email and continue your purchase at home.
  • Watch informational video content.
  • Schedule an appointment to meet with a banker.
  • Access financial education programs.

The FNB eStore® Common Application

With the FNB eStore® Common application, we aim to be the first bank to offer a single, universal application for almost all its products and services, including the ability to apply for multiple products simultaneously. Customers can currently use the eStore Common application to apply for consumer loan and deposit products, with plans to make small business loan and deposit products available through the eStore Common application in 2024. 

To complement this universal application and further improve efficiency for our customers, we also have introduced the FNB Document Center. The secure online portal enables customers to upload necessary financial information and documentation in one place, largely eliminating the need to provide paperwork in person.
