With CardGuard you can also control where your card is used. You can enable or disable spending at certain merchant categories such as retail stores and gas stations, among other merchant locations.

Additionally, you can restrict transactions geographically by blocking all transactions outside the United States or by specifying an area using a map or address. It should be noted that previously authorized, recurring transactions cannot be blocked. Also, Internet-based transactions cannot be blocked using geographic restrictions.

If we cannot determine the type of merchant category or the location of the merchant, we will be unable to block the transaction.
