  • Technology Infrastructure
    Our Technology Infrastructure team is responsible for managing all of our hardware, network and operating systems, including personal computers, phones, servers, high-speed network and mainframe, as well as our deposit/loan servicing system. This team also includes the FNB Data Center and our around-the-clock Network Operations Center (NOC).
  • Technology Business Solutions
    Our Technology Business Solutions team is comprised of five groups of IT professionals, four of which are aligned with specific areas of our business: Consumer Banking & Marketing, Wholesale Banking, Treasury Management, Finance/Accounting/Purchase/Audit/Risk and Compliance Management. The fifth team provides cross-functional support for Business Process Automation and Enterprise Content Management.
  • Data Management
    As a data and analytics professional, you’ll be part of an agile team that helps us maintain our databases and analyze data to optimize our business. Our Data Management team focuses on the planning, management and safe/effective processing of FNB’s data and are also responsible for our innovative new Enterprise Data Warehouse.
  • Service Quality
    The FNB Service Quality team includes problem-solvers and creative thinkers. Together, they are responsible for managing our IT Service Desk and handling Help Desk inquiries, incident management, change management, service level agreements and IT assets.
