F.N.B. CORPORATION DECLARES DIVIDEND OF 12 CENTS ON COMMON STOCK
Over $1 billion in cash dividends paid to shareholders since 2009

F.N.B. Corporation (NYSE: FNB) announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of 12 cents per share on F.N.B. Corporation’s common stock. The dividend is payable on September 15, 2019, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 4, 2019.

Corporation became a public company in 1974, the company has been dedicated to consistently paying attractive cash dividends to shareholders. 2019 marks the 45th consecutive year of cash dividends paid to shareholders, reflecting the organization’s strong commitment to delivering shareholder value.
