EZInvoice provides your organization with a web portal hosted by First National Bank, which is branded with your identity. This allows you to securely and efficiently accept payments and donations from your clients and replace paper-based billing and recordkeeping with more efficient digital invoicing.

How It Works:

Hosted by First National Bank, you will be provided with a web portal customized with your identity. This web portal can be easily integrated with your current web site so that customers or donors may make one-time payments or enroll to establish recurring and future dated payments.

Payments may be through eCheck and/or credit card or over the phone. Your portal also lets you download payment data in a CSV file that can be used to update your accounts receivable. Invoices can be uploaded and presented in a standard format or one that includes robust transaction data and PDF images of the invoices.

You can choose from three levels of services – Standard, Premium or Professional – appropriate for smaller organizations up to those that issue a high volume of invoices monthly.
