FNB Creates Positive Community Impacts across PA
State’s Neighborhood Assistance Program Enabled Company to Fund 40 Projects over Past Year

F.N.B. Corporation (NYSE: FNB), the holding company for First National Bank, announced it has provided more than $1.1 million in funding for community initiatives throughout Pennsylvania over the past year using the state’s Neighborhood Assistance Program (NAP).

NAP is a tax-credit program designed to encourage private investment in projects that serve state-designated distressed communities/low-income areas or those that support neighborhood conservation. Through the program, charitable nonprofits apply to solicit funding for qualified projects that address affordable housing, community services, education, job training or neighborhood assistance. FNB provided financial support to 40 such projects over the 2025-2026 funding year, with a more than $200,000 increase in total funding from the previous year.

“The Neighborhood Assistance Program continues to be a great way for us to connect with impactful organizations and projects to drive economic development across our home state,” said Vincent Delie, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of F.N.B. Corporation and First National Bank. “I am proud to see our annual funding levels increase once again and look forward to the results of these collaborations, because when our communities thrive, we all do.”

Among the organizations and their projects that FNB is supporting via NAP:

  • Hill District Community Development Corporation (CDC) ($200,000): Continuing the Company’s longstanding support for Pittsburgh’s Hill District neighborhood, which is also home to FNB’s corporate headquarters, the funding is for two separate projects. One is a set of renovations along Centre Avenue to create affordable housing that serves low- and very low-income households; the other is part of a six-year program focused on the neighborhood’s COVID economic recovery, affordable homeownership and housing, a commercial and cultural corridor, and community services.
  • Wilkinsburg CDC ($50,000): Funding will go to the Strong Neighborhood plan, which addresses vacancy and blight in the core of Wilkinsburg, a borough bordering Pittsburgh.
  • ASSETS ($35,000): Serving communities throughout Central Pennsylvania, this Lancaster-based organization empowers entrepreneurs, primarily from low- or moderate-income communities, with training and resources, including small business loans and small dollar loans.
  • Minority Community Investment Coalition (MCIC) ($30,000): In collaboration with local partners, MCIC led the Grow Erie project, two distinct urban agricultural facilities for growing fish and plants, which will be sold to a local vendor, creating sustainable income to be reinvested in vulnerable neighborhoods. The facilities will also provide employment opportunities and bring locally grown food to a government-designated food desert. The funding is for start-up costs, equipment and a vehicle.
  • Johnstown Area Regional Industries (JARI) ($30,000): Based in Johnstown, JARI is a nonprofit economic development organization serving eight counties in west central Pennsylvania. FNB’s funding is supporting training opportunities for unemployed and underemployed Johnstown residents, with efforts centered on commercial driver’s licenses.
  • Tri-County Housing ($30,000): This housing development corporation (HDC) based in Harrisburg, is dedicated to neighborhood revitalization by developing affordable housing in Cumberland, Dauphin and Perry counties. FNB’s support will contribute to the group’s LeTort Lofts and Townhomes Project, which will create more than 50 new housing units, including affordable for-sale townhomes, at the site of a former electronics plant in Carlisle.

In addition to the NAP funding, FNB contributed more than $2 million to over 110 education-focused organizations through the Pennsylvania Educational Improvement Tax Credit program in 2025. The Company also made a $150,000 contribution to Pittsburgh-based Riverlife leveraging the state’s Waterfront Development Tax Credit (WDTC) funding to restore Allegheny Landing Park in the city’s North Shore neighborhood.
