Mergers and acquisitions often involve counterparties headquartered outside of the United States, where an understanding of different cultures and approaches can have a significant impact on negotiations. FNB's investment banking team has been engaged in transactions with companies in more than 30 countries, including in Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, China, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Mexico, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan and the United Kingdom.
Our Investment Banking team has helped numerous buyers implement their successful acquisition strategies and has worked with several clients on multiple engagements, including small "bolt-on" acquisitions, cross-border acquisitions and large transformational acquisitions.
