Felicia graduated from Winthrop University where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Marketing. With over 20 years of banking experience, including 8 years in the SBA industry, she has developed a strong track record of building lasting client relationships and delivering customized financial solutions that drive business growth and success.

As a Business Development Officer at FNB Small Business Finance, Felicia is dedicated to helping small business owners navigate the SBA lending process. Her expertise lies in understanding each client’s unique needs and guiding them toward the right financing solution to achieve their goals.

Felicia is actively engaged in community service as a member of the Charlotte Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., focusing on economic empowerment, education, and social justice. A former NFL cheerleader, she spent 10 seasons cheering for the Carolina Panthers and even performed at Super Bowl XXXVIII in Houston, TX. When she’s not working, Felicia enjoys exploring new places, spending time with family and friends, her dog, and baking something delicious.
