Biography:
Joseph is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Texas and has been active in commercial real estate and SBA lending industry since earning his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Fordham University, in New York.

Joseph’s main lending focus is on business acquisitions and owner-occupied commercial real estate utilizing the SBA Government Guaranteed Lending Programs. With more than 25 years of SBA lending experience in the Texas marketplace, Joseph has earned a deep understanding of the challenges typically faced by the small business community when seeking financing to meet the demands of their growing businesses. Whether providing financing for business acquisitions or owner-occupied commercial real estate, Joseph takes great care in personally guiding clients through the SBA lending process to ensure their experience is efficient and effective as possible.
